Engine Testing and Certification

Engine Certification and Testing is one of the main pillars of R&D day-to-day process and practice. At Nett Technologies Inc's Technical Center, we count on our state-of-the-art testing facilities to develop emission control strategies and systems, characterize engine performance, certify engines and verify aftertreatment performance and durability. Harmful emission reduction, engine modification/upgrades and a quick to market launch are the challenges facing today and tomorrow’s automotive industry.

As new product launching and resources utilization are always the critical path in any new product development plan, we at Nett Technologies Inc., have set our goal to deliver emission control products that exceed the expectations of our customers, stakeholders, partners and employees. We use a cutting edge testing facility that assists in the engine certification and aftertreatment verification to meet both customer requirements and the increasingly stringent emissions and safety standards.

Our experienced and qualified engineers will perform required testing in accordance to regulatory protocols, fully analyze and interpret the data, assist the customer all the way through the process of engine certification, aftertreatment verification or the combination with regulatory bodies such as US-EPA CARB or MSHA.

Leveraging its state-of-the art engine testing facility we are proud to offer high quality certification services at affordable prices.  Discover today why Nett Technologies Inc. is… the emission control authority!

Engine Test Cell A

engine-testing-cell-testing-services-sm

Equipped with data acquisition systems and exhaust emission measuring equipment, this test cell has two eddy current dynamometers to test both small and medium sized engines. The cell can be used for steady state emission testing of Small Off Road Engines (SORE) and non-road Large Spark Ignited (LSI) engines and Non-Road Compression Ignition (NRCI) engines. These are typically used in hand held equipment, lawn mowers, floor buffers, portable generators, and various construction equipment. This cell has the capability to test diesel, gasoline, LPG and natural gas engines.
