All welded steel single and two-piece mounting bands are install-ready for round tubes/pipes or silencers. Offered in different sizes, these light mounting bands are engineered to resist the adverse effects of vibration, high exhaust gas temperature, corrosion, and thermal expansions without damaging or deforming the silencer or pipe body. In particular, the mounting band feet are designed to ensure maximum torque value. Nett Technologies' mounting bands are suitable for new applications, as well as for retrofit solutions to replace the old and damaged mounting bands. These silencer mounting bands are serviceable and easy to use and install. They can also be manufactured in stainless steel for maximum durability.

Nett Technologies’ Mounting Bands are available in many configurations: with the ANSI pattern flanges (fixed or floating), engine specific flanges (MTU, Caterpillar, Kohler, Cummins, etc.), NPT connections, slip-on, etc. Standard end-connections are made of the Carbon Steel, however, other materials such as Aluminized Steel, Stainless Steel 304 or 316 are available upon request.
