Completed with or without flex, the wye-connectors offer diverse connecting flanges and configurations to match engine installation layouts. Wye-connectors are popular choices for dual outlet engines that combine the discharged flow into one exhaust stream. Available for a number of engines and configurations, they accommodate a more uniform flow, the least amount of backpressure, and to some degree, the thermal expansion of exhaust piping. Wye-connectors can be insulated both for sound and thermal management, addressing the breakout noise as well as safety.

Nett Technologies’ Wye-Connectors Features:

Carbon steel construction finished with high-temperature black paint (also available in stainless steel). All single-ply annular hoses (if applicable) are 321 Stainless Steel.
A standard length of the single-ply annular hose is 12” on each side. Other sizes are available upon request. Please see our single-ply flex technical spec sheet for more details.
All ANSI Flanges are 150# bolt pattern. Please see our flange catalog for details.
All ANSI Flanges may be replaced with standard Caterpillar, Cummins, or MTU engine flanges.
