Low-Load Standby Operation

Generators run at low load during weekly testing. Low exhaust temperatures affect DPF regeneration and DEF dosing. Active regeneration systems are designed for this profile. 

Space, Weight & Access

Aftertreatment equipment requires structural support, maintenance clearance, and site-specific integration. Engineered layouts are provided for every installation. 

Backpressure Management

Every system is designed to stay within OEM engine backpressure limits. CFD-modelled exhaust flow ensures catalyst and silencer performance without engine impact. 

DEF Dosing & Heating

Airless DEF injection eliminates crystallization risk. Heated lines(24VDC, active below -6°C) and dual heating strategies ensure reliable dosing in all climates. 

Controls & Monitoring
