 BUILT FOR

POWER GENERATION

Reliable emissions control for every critical power application.

DATA CENTERS

Mission-critical backup power you can depend on. Zero tolerance for permit risk or downtime.

HOSPITALS

Emergency standby systems where uninterrupted operation is a regulatory and patient safety requirement.

UTILITIES

Peak shaving and grid support where strict emissions permit requirements apply at every site.

MANUFACTURING

Continuous-duty prime power for non-stop industrial operations that can’t tolerate permit disruptions.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

How the BLUEMAX™ 500 & 520 System Works

The Oxidation Catalyst (OC) first reduces Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Hydrocarbons (HC). The SCR catalyst then uses precisely controlled DEF injection to convert Nitrogen Oxides (NOₓ) into nitrogen and water, delivering reliable emissions control for lean-burn natural gas generators.

High NOₓ Reduction

Advanced SCR technology significantly reduces Nitrogen Oxides (NOₓ)

Smart DEF Control

Closed-loop DEF dosing continuously optimizes emissions performance

Low Exhaust Restriction

Maintains engine efficiency with optimized exhaust flow

CHOOSING YOUR CONFIGURATION

500-Series vs 520-Series

Same proven OC + SCR system. Two housing profiles. The right choice comes down to how much vertical space your installation has.

Identical performance, identical technology. Both series use the same integrated Oxidation Catalyst and Selective Reduction system, the same automated DEF dosing and controls, and deliver the same emissions reduction. They differ in two ways: housing profile and service access.
